- You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

- Products listed on Deckathon are intended for entertainment and recreational purposes.

- Product images, descriptions, and included components are provided for general reference and may vary slightly by batch or edition.

- We are not responsible for gameplay disputes, rule disagreements, misuse of a product, or any consequences arising from how a product is used after delivery.

- We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout (UPI, debit/credit cards, and other supported options).

- All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons — in which case any amount paid will be refunded as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Dispatch timelines, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and related terms are governed by our *Shipping Policy*, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Deckathon is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, damage/missing-parts claims, and refunds are governed entirely by our *Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy*, which forms an integral part of these Terms. In summary: orders are not eligible for return or refund except where the product is delivered damaged or with missing parts, subject to a valid unboxing video and the reporting window stated in that policy.

- You may be able to submit reviews, ratings, or other content related to products you've purchased.

- You are solely responsible for anything you submit, and agree not to post content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringes on someone else's rights.

- We may remove any submitted content that violates these Terms, at our discretion.

All content on the Website — including the Deckathon name, logo, text, layout, and design elements (excluding user-submitted content) — belongs to Deckathon or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse this content without our prior written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
