  • Official Penalty Stacking: Draw cards of equal or higher value (+2, +4, +6, +10) can be stacked and passed down the line; the first player unable to counter must draw the accumulated total—often forcing 16 to 20+ cards into a single hand.
  • The Knockout Mercy Rule: Introduces direct player elimination to UNO—any player left holding 25 or more cards is instantly knocked out of the game, creating two paths to victory: shed your entire hand or outlast every eliminated rival.
  • Mandatory Hand Swapping: Playing any 7 forces you to swap hands with a player of your choice (instantly stealing a near-winning hand), while playing any 0 forces every player at the table to pass their hand in the direction of play.
